These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your purchase of downloadable products (the "Product") from Studio Paraiso ("Studio Paraiso", "we", "us", or "our") through our website (the "Website").

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our Products on the Website. However, we are not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors.

3. Payment:

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

  • You agree to pay the price listed for the Product at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery:

  • After your purchase is complete, you will receive the download link or instructions on how to access the Product via email.

  • We are not responsible for any delays in download due to technical problems beyond our control.

5. Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Due to the downloadable nature of our Products, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • The Product and all intellectual property rights associated with it, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by Studio Paraiso or its licensors.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit the Product in any way without our prior written consent.

7. Download Limits:

  • There is no maximum amount for downloads.

8. Technical Requirements:

  • You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum technical requirements to access the Product. These requirements may be listed on the Product description page.

9. System Outages:

  • We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the download service available. However, we are not liable for any downtime or unavailability of the service due to technical difficulties.

10. Australian Consumer Law:

  • These Terms are subject to Australian Consumer Law ("ACL").

  • The ACL provides you with certain rights and guarantees, including the right to a product of acceptable quality and a remedy if the product is faulty.

  • If you believe the Product is faulty or does not comply with the ACL, you can contact us for a remedy.
